I’m starting a new feature on the blog where I help YOU meal plan for the week! Every Saturday, I’ll share a weekly meal plan with you. That means you can go grab all the ingredients you need for the week's dinner!

I plan on sharing with you dinner ideas and of course some desserts. Recipes will come from my blog, as well as recipes from some of my favorite other blogs and recipe books that we make on a regular basis! I’m hoping that by doing these posts, it’ll help you meal plan and to make life easier so you can have a home-cooked meal with healthful ingredients for dinner. Obviously this meal plan is what YOU make of it. You don’t have to make every single recipe on the exact day that I detail below and you can tailor this to your lifestyle and what you’re comfortable with. It’s mostly a guide and to help you kickstart meal planning because we all know how frustrating it can be to come home and wonder what the heck you’re going to make for dinner!
